Information on how to permanently delete your SpeedBook account and associated data.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you request to delete your SpeedBook account, we will permanently remove your profile, personal information, ride history, and payment methods from our active databases.

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited time for legal and compliance reasons, such as financial transaction records, in accordance with Cambodian law.

"Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all your SpeedBook history and saved preferences."

How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can initiate the account deletion process directly from the SpeedBook app by following these steps:

Open the SpeedBook App on your device.
Click on the top left corner and scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision.
